The MTech in Construction Technology and Management combines the technical and managerial aspects of construction, focusing on the application of advanced technologies to improve construction processes, and the management of construction projects and organizations. This program covers the integration of technologies such as BIM, CAD, and GIS, as well as construction management principles, including project planning, risk management, and supply chain management, to prepare students for leadership roles in construction technology management, innovation, and strategic decision-making, enabling them to drive efficiency, sustainability, and innovation in the construction industry.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

A good first degree, preferably second class lower or better (or a Final Grade Point Average of at least 2.0), in a relevant field of study at the Accra Technical University or any recognized\/accredited University.<\/p>

Candidates should have obtained a B-Tech or BSc in the following fields: Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, Real Estate, Interior Design and Upholstery Technology or any other relevant field.<\/p>

All foreign qualifications shall be referred to the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) for determination of equivalence and eligibility for admission to the University.<\/p>
