Gold Empire Resources Limited (GERL) is a wholly Ghanaian-owned company established in 2012 with business operations in gold mining, minerals exploration, gold export, and trading activities.
GERL has under its ownership, multiple small-scale gold mining concessions that are duly licensed by Ghana’s Minerals Commission . Additionally, GERL has obtained prospecting licenses for a number of large-scale mining concessions. GERL is taking active steps to operationalize the large-scale concessions to which prospecting licenses have been issued by the Minerals Commission of Ghana.
In 2020, GERL became duly authorized to aggregate, purchase and export Ghana’s finest gold, having obtained a “Gold Purchase and Export License” from the Minerals Commission.
